Marta Correia, recém-apaixonada pelos “Serras”, e novata nestas lides, sentiu uma vontade imensa de partilhar esta paixão e de descobrir mais acerca da raça. Assim uniu a sua energia criativa ao Saber do canicultor alpetriniense João Silvino, que guiou Carlos Pimentel, nesta viagem pelas mais díspares ambiências do Cão da Serra.
Esta exposição tem como mote o exímio trabalho desenvolvido há mais de uma década pelo Canil d’ Alpetratínia.
Através da objectiva de Carlos Pimentel, captador de sonhos e de encantos, fazemos uma viagem intensa nesta CÃOstelação, um conjunto de estrelas perfeitas que invocam a mais pura serenidade.
Sorve-se toda a essência do Serra da Estrela.

As emoções fundem-se …Cumplicidade notória e contagiante entre o fotógrafo, a criativa, o criador e a raça… E eu…que desde que me lembro de ser gente tenho um encantamento por estes seres magníficos, tive o privilégio de assistir de camarote a esta recolha de histórias, vivências e imagens levada a cabo por três sapientes amigos, donos de uma garra e persistência inigualáveis.

Marta Correia, newly in love with the "Estrela" dog and a newcomer in these labors, felt an urge to share this passion and to discover more about the breed. Thus, she joined her creative energy to the wisdom of breeder João Silvino, from the village of Alpedrinha, who guided Carlos Pimentel, in this journey through the most diverse ambiances of this mountain dog.
This exhibition has as its motto the distinguished work done by the “d’Alpetratínia” kennel for over a decade now.
Through the lens of Carlos Pimentel, picker of dreams and charms, we are taken to an intense journey inside this “Constellation of Dogs”, a set of perfect stars that evoke pure serenity.
The whole essence of the Estrela Mountain Dog can be tasted.
Sweet looking, owner of a stately beauty, agile and intelligent, always protective, companion, faithful defender. Almost a confidant!
Emotions merge together ... notorious and contagious complicity between the photographer, the creative, the breeder and the breed ... And I ... I who have felt bewitched by these magnificent beings ever since I can remember, had the privilege of watching from the front box this collection of stories, experiences and images carried out by three wise friends, owners of unparalleled nerve and persistence.
